Product Overview
Steel-lined PTFE metal hose is a high-performance composite pipeline, made of a metal hose (usually stainless steel) lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, commonly known as "Teflon"). It combines the mechanical strength of metal with the excellent chemical stability of PTFE, suitable for conveying high-temperature, high-pressure, and strongly corrosive media, and is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, power, and other industries.
Product Structure
Outer Metal Layer ：
Material: 304/316 stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant metals
Function: Provides mechanical strength, compression resistance, impact resistance, and flexible connection capability
Inner PTFE Lining ：
Material: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), typical thickness 1.5~3mm
Function: Resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and high-temperature media (-50℃~+250℃)

Corrosion Resistance : PTFE is resistant to almost all chemical media (except molten alkali metals and fluorides)
High/Low Temperature Resistance : Wide operating temperature range (-50℃~+250℃)
Non-Adhesive Properties : Smooth inner wall, not prone to scaling, suitable for high-purity media transfer
Flexible Design : The metal hose structure can compensate for pipeline displacement and vibration, allowing flexible installation
High Pressure Resistance : Can meet operating requirements from 0.6MPa to 10MPa, depending on design pressure
