I. Demand Consultation and Initial Engagement

◦ Customers submit requests via phone, official website, offline exhibitions, and other channels; customer service team actively contacts within 24 hours;
◦ Key records: medium type (e.g., acid-base, solvent), application scenario (chemical/pharmaceutical/environmental protection, etc.), specifications (pipe pressure/tank volume), special requirements (custom-shaped parts, sanitary standards, etc.).
2. Technical Pre-assessment
◦ The technical team intervenes, combines working conditions such as medium corrosiveness, temperature, and pressure, preliminarily assesses the applicability of steel-lined fluoroplastics (PTFE/FEP/ETFE), and provides free anti-corrosion solution suggestions.
II. Solution Design and Contract Signing
1. Customized Solution Output
◦ For conventional requirements: Provide standardized design drawings (including coating thickness, connection methods, etc.);
◦ For custom-shaped parts/complex working conditions: The technical team will issue a personalized solution within 48 hours (e.g., non-standard pipe bending angle design, anti-peeling process for tank linings), accompanied by 3D models or CAD drawings for confirmation.
2. Business Negotiation and Signing
◦ Clarify lead time (7-15 days for standard orders, customized orders negotiated based on complexity), price, acceptance standards, and after-sales terms;
◦ Sign a formal contract, support deposit + final payment upon acceptance model, and provide a 13% special VAT invoice.
III. Production Manufacturing and Process Control
1. Large-scale Production Execution
◦ 10,000 square meter workshop standardized operations:
• Steel pretreatment: Sandblasting and derusting to Sa2.5 grade to ensure coating adhesion;
• Dual process construction: Select spraying (suitable for complex structures) or roller coating (suitable for large flat surfaces) according to product type, with uniform coating thickness controlled at 1.5-3mm;
• Weld joint treatment: Adopting integral sintering process to avoid weld seam leakage risk.
2. Full Process Quality Tracking
◦ Quality inspection points set for each process: Coating thickness detection (magnetic thickness gauge), spark leak detection (no leakage point standard), pressure test (pipes ≥1.5 times working pressure);
◦ Provide process photos/videos; customers can request on-site supervision.
