    Product Features

    Comprehensive Corrosion Resistance

    PTFE lining can resist over 98% of chemical media (such as concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, organic solvents, etc.), preventing corrosion of the metal shell.

    Wide Temperature Range

    Operating temperature: -50℃ to +200℃ (short-term up to 250℃), meeting the needs of high or low temperature conditions.

    High Cleanliness and Anti-Adhesion

    PTFE surface is smooth, non-stick to materials, easy to clean, conforms to GMP and FDA standards, suitable for pharmaceutical and food-grade storage.

    High-Strength Structure

    Metal shell (Q235B/304/316L) provides excellent pressure resistance and mechanical impact resistance, supporting customized reinforcement designs.

    Structure Types

    Molded Lined Storage Tank

    PTFE powder is high-temperature sintered after molding, resulting in a dense, non-porous lining, suitable for small to medium storage tanks (1m³~30m³).

    Sheet Lined Storage Tank

    PTFE sheets are welded and then lined on the inner wall of the tank, suitable for large storage tanks (above 30m³) or on-site lining construction.

    Loose Lined Storage Tank

    The PTFE inner liner loosely fits the metal shell, low cost but weaker negative pressure resistance, requires reinforced support.

    Capacity Range : 0.1m³~100m³ (supports non-standard customization).

    Design Pressure : Atmospheric pressure~0.4MPa (negative pressure requires special design).
